Orla Frank

Orla was born in Denmark but moved to Norway in 1963 where he lived until 2003.  He first got into photography in 1960 when he bought an Olympus camera.  He used this camera until 1972 when it switched to a Ricoh Singles II with fix 50 mm lens and f 1.8. The camera was totally manual.
In 1979 he joined the Norwegian Biofoto and was a member there until he moved to Portugal a short time ago and joined the APG.
Over the years, Orla has had numerous cameras and currently has two ” Go-to” pieces of equipment, a Nikon D7200 and a Canon SX700HS. The latter is due to the extreme zoom.
