AGM

Yes, it’s already that time of year again, The APG AGM time.

In a bid to attempt to encourage everyone to participate, after much discussion we have opted to hold this year’s AGM at an alternative venue to that of the museum. This year’s AGM will be held on a Weekday but in the Evening followed swiftly by dinner and will be held at Fonte da Pedra Restaurant (in their Function room). The dinner will also be open to partners to attend too.

Members have been notified of the meeting and informed of points of business that need to be tabled for discussion.
It goes without saying that it would be very positive to see the majority of members present to voice their opinions and ideas as it is with this contribution that your group can evolve and be moulded into a group that we all want to be associated with and interact with.

Due to feedback from members that find it challenging to be present at meetings and events held during the day on during the week, this year’s AGM will be held on a Weekend. Members have been notified of the meeting and informed of points of business that need to be tabled for discussion.

Due to feedback from members that find it challenging to be present at the meeting held during the day on weekdays, we will be holding this year’s AGM at the Weekend and during the day (not in the evening as previously suggested).  Members will be contacted, leading up to the meeting regarding any topics and points of business that need to be tabled for discussion.   It goes without saying that it would be very positive to see the majority of members present to voice their opinions and ideas as it is with this contribution that your group can evolve and be moulded into a group that we all want to be associated and interact with.

Please keep an eye on your inboxes for further information with regards to items for agenda and also proxy voting if you will not be able to be present but still wish to have your vote counted in any matters.
