John McComish started photography in 1974 when he bought a second-hand Pentax Spotmatic for forty pounds (at the time, about the same price as a package holiday to Spain!) As the majority of photographers do, John has stayed with Pentax and currently uses a Pentax K5 DSLR.
His main photographic interests are outdoor and night sky photography. John’s been a member of the APG since 2013, as has his wife Christine Edwards.
