People Portraiture – September 2023

The 5th Print Exhibition of 2023 was all about People Portraiture.

In total there were 35 images were exhibited from 19 members and once again it was really a breath of fresh air to see the new members displaying their images. Well done to Franek Dryda and Karen Tissot van Patot.
A big thanks goes out to the members of the newly formed Exhibition Task Force that took it upon themselves to handle printing, framing and mounting for members that can’t be present for presential exhibitions. Sharon Johnson, David Durrant and Daryl Gabin take a bow!

Even larger thanks goes to Pedro Vasconi for his presence at this exhibition. Pedro , the Director of “In The Pink” Fine Photo Art Gallery in Loulé accepted our invitation to come along and experience an APG Opening Night and to also see the work on dislay in person as he will also be leading the critique (not to be missed), So thanks very much Pedro!

Finally a massive thanks to everyone that turned up to support the evening.

For October, there will be an online Challenge which has the theme of “Long Exposure“. We’re sure that this theme will attract some intreguing images that will become available for viewing from the 27th of October.
